Soft, shimmery stone meets a whole lot of handmade sterling silver.

At the center of this one-of-a-kind bracelet is a 15 × 6 mm faceted mother-of-pearl and rose quartz doublet. Depending on the light, the stone shifts through soft pink, lavender, cream and flashes of iridescent color — and those little facets make the whole thing come alive when it moves.

Everything surrounding it was fabricated by hand from solid sterling silver.

The stone was set by hand in a sterling setting framed with tiny textured silver detail, then connected to an intentionally mismatched collection of handmade links. Some are long and simple, some are small and heavily textured, some are wonderfully imperfect — and together they create an organic chain that doesn’t repeat itself all the way around.
Even the oversized toggle clasp was made by hand and textured to become part of the design rather than simply the thing that holds it together.

The finished bracelet measures approximately 7½ inches, but the length can be adjusted upon request for a more personalized fit.
As always, this piece was made completely by hand in my high desert studio. Cut, formed, soldered, textured, set and finished one little piece at a time. No two could ever be exactly alike.
